As CEO of the Wilson Rivas Crafts my job is to be the face and person that represents all of us as a company. Am here to improve all work areas and insure the well being of our team members so that together we can grow as a company to serve better our clients for decades to come. In my first twenty years building this company i had to work in all areas involving craft service and catering and i gained bast knowledge in service, cooking, prepping, shopping, managing, cleaning and all areas related to this side of the food industry. As the head of this company am leaving open doors to anyone hungry for guidance and information that can help you improve your service and help you advance to a leadership position. Together we been the best Craft Service company for over 15 years and together we will keep improving and learning new menus and techniques of cooking better and healthier foods for our friends and customers. As the standard in the industry of craft service, i understand that is not time to relax but its time to thank all of the people who supported us by bringing them new delicious foods along with the classic menus they love.

CRAFTY & CATERING LOCATION CHEF Italian, American, Japanese
Angel was born in Ecuador and decided to come to the USA back in 1987. Since his first job in a Japanese restaurant he acquaried a love for cooking that in a few years helps him became a chef in asian foods. To improve his knowledge he starts to learn Italian foods and by the year 2000 he is part of our structure adding flavor and exotic recipes to The Wilson Rivas company success.
Cornelio Campoverde
CRAFT SERVICE HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Cornelio was born in Ecuador and has been doing craft service for more then 15 years. He cooks a variety of foods and has learned menus and recipes from all over the world. He is the person the crew knows to always show up happy regardless of what is going on. Content with what he does he dedicates his life to his family and work and is the backbone and support of all the different teams in our company.

MAIN KITCHEN CHEF IN CHARGE
With more than 20 years of fine cuisine experience Chef Mario is one of our main Culinary specialist of our corporate Kitchen. He has an extensive experience in Italian, french and continental menus. Signature Dish: Boullabaisse Favorite ingredients to work with: Extra virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Herbs, Garlic and special wines.
José Sauce
In his 27 years of experience in the culinary industry Chef Jose had worked with almost all of the cuisines of the western world. Specialty: Every type of cuisine from Irish to mediterranean. Signature Dish: Sesame seed Tuna and Chives Sauce. Best ingredient to work with: Porto Wine, Olive and truffle oil, oriental , Soy and Oyster Sauce.
